Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and security systems
- Lead infrastructure modernization projects and technology lifecycle management
- Develop disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements for IT infrastructure
- Oversee system monitoring, performance optimization, and capacity planning
- Ensure compliance with industry security standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead and mentor IT infrastructure teams to foster technical excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of IT infrastructure management experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, cybersecurity protocols, and enterprise systems
- Proven experience with infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and monitoring solutions
- ITIL certification and advanced technical certifications (CCNP, VCP, or equivalent)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
