Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues reported by users
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Perform regular system updates, security patches, and performance optimizations
- Document IT infrastructure configurations, procedures, and solutions
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement infrastructure upgrades
- Provide technical training and support to end-users
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential risks
- Manage asset inventory and lifecycle of IT equipment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support
- Proficiency in hardware installation, software configuration, and network setup
- Strong troubleshooting skills with diagnostic methodologies
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux OS and virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with security protocols and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
