We are looking for a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join the Adibayu Group team. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of our technical ecosystem, ensuring that our network security and cybersecurity operations are robust, stable, and reliable. You will act as the first line of defense and maintenance for our business systems, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance for our users. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, and networking hardware.
- Implement, monitor, and maintain network security measures, such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Conduct regular cybersecurity audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure maximum system uptime and availability.
- Configure and manage operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, network topology, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute IT upgrades and migrations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, network administration, and cybersecurity operations.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security best practices.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
