Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement secure IT infrastructure solutions including LAN/WAN networks and server systems
- Manage application deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization
- Develop and maintain security protocols to protect digital assets and prevent breaches
- Conduct regular infrastructure audits and implement system improvements
- Provide technical support for hardware/software issues and coordinate vendor relationships
- Create disaster recovery plans and ensure business continuity compliance
- Document system configurations, procedures, and technical specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, security, and network administration
- Strong knowledge of LAN technologies, firewalls, and network security protocols
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud services
- Certifications in CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft MCSA preferred
- Proficient in scripting languages (Python/PowerShell) for automation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
