Join AMMAN as a Specialist IT Compliance and become a key player in safeguarding our digital infrastructure. This critical role involves actively participating in comprehensive IT Governance assessments, internal audits, and maturity improvement initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust compliance frameworks, implement industry best practices, and mitigate cybersecurity risks. The position requires strong analytical skills to evaluate existing IT controls, identify compliance gaps, and recommend actionable solutions. As a trusted advisor, you'll stay updated on evolving regulations (including PDPA, ISO 27001, and local data privacy laws) and translate complex requirements into practical policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct IT compliance assessments and audits against regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST)
- Participate in IT Governance assessments, audits, and maturity improvement activities
- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and control mechanisms
- Monitor adherence to data protection laws and organizational security standards
- Document compliance findings and prepare detailed audit reports with remediation plans
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate compliance requirements into system design
- Stay current with emerging compliance regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT compliance, governance, or auditing
- Professional certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor)
- Strong understanding of IT frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and control implementation
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in audit tools and compliance management software
