Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and specialized equipment
- Configure and deploy hardware/software systems for testing and development environments
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Document technical procedures, maintenance logs, and system configurations
- Collaborate with research teams to provide technical support for experimental setups
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization
- Train staff on new technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT support or lab environments
- Proficiency in network administration and system diagnostics
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent preferred
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
