Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor cross-functional R&D teams in material innovation projects

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of R&D experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven expertise in material characterization techniques and lab instrumentation
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in budget planning and resource management for research initiatives
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for technical documentation
