Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and maintain all IT infrastructure components including networks, servers, hardware, software, and operational support systems
- Lead the IT team through strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance management
- Develop and implement IT policies, disaster recovery plans, and security protocols
- Manage IT project lifecycles from conception to deployment, ensuring budget adherence and timely delivery
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement continuous improvements
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, contract negotiations, and service level agreements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of IT management experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in network infrastructure, server administration, and enterprise systems
- Strong project management skills with proven track record of complex IT deployments
- Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong communication skills
