Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily IT operations and ensure 99.9% uptime for critical systems.
- Manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, network hardware, and cloud services.
- Lead a team of IT support staff, providing mentorship and conducting performance reviews.
- Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic technical solutions to stakeholders.
- Plan and execute IT projects, including software upgrades and hardware procurement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT management or system administration.
- Proven experience working in a BPO or high-volume customer service environment.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, server management, and hardware configurations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Certification in ITIL or CompTIA Network+ is a plus.
