Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Support daily IT operations including system backups and security protocols
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with IT team on network upgrades and infrastructure projects
- Provide technical support to employees regarding network connectivity
- Assist in implementing network security measures
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems
