Tanggung Jawab
- 24/7 monitoring of network infrastructure using enterprise tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Proactive identification and resolution of network outages, security threats, and performance bottlenecks
- Implementation of network changes following ITIL best practices and change management protocols
- Coordination with cross-functional teams during major incidents and planned maintenance
- Documentation of network configurations, incidents, and resolution procedures
- Regular performance tuning of routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN systems
- Participation in 24/7 on-call rotation with structured escalation procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network operations or enterprise IT support
- Certifications in CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ (required)
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and network security protocols
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools and network automation (Python/Ansible)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex multi-layer issues
- Experience working in 24/7 NOC environments with SLA management
- Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder updates
