Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure components including servers, networks, and storage systems
- Assist in implementing IT security protocols and compliance measures
- Support incident management and troubleshooting of technical issues
- Collaborate on system upgrades, patches, and maintenance schedules
- Document IT processes, configurations, and operational procedures
- Participate in cross-functional IT projects and improvement initiatives
- Provide Tier-1 support to employees resolving IT-related queries
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, and security principles
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using IT monitoring tools and service management platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
- Previous internship or project experience in IT operations preferred
