Tanggung Jawab
- Provide 24/7 remote support for urgent website and server incidents with rapid response times
- Manage and optimize hosting environments to ensure 99.9% uptime and performance
- Implement comprehensive security protocols, including regular updates, backups, and vulnerability assessments
- Administer WordPress sites, including plugin management, theme customization, and performance tuning
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain infrastructure documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy updates and maintain system integrity
- Respond to on-call emergencies and coordinate disaster recovery procedures
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or Website Support Specialist
- Expert knowledge of WordPress administration, security, and optimization
- Strong proficiency in server management (Linux/Windows) and hosting environments
- Experience with security protocols, firewalls, and SSL certificate management
- Excellent English communication skills for remote collaboration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
- Problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues under pressure
- Certifications in CompTIA Server+ or AWS/Azure preferred
