Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud services
- Execute system backups, security patches, and performance optimizations
- Manage vendor contracts and service level agreements for outsourcing partnerships
- Document IT procedures, incident reports, and operational workflows
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards
- Coordinate cross-functional IT projects and system upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT operations or system administration
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix)
- Strong understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with IT service management frameworks (ITIL)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage contractual relationships with vendors
