Ready to power the future of dining? Gastronova Hospitality Group Corp. is a rapidly expanding name in the Philippine Food & Beverage landscape, and we are looking for a hands-on IT Operations Officer to join our mission. We believe that great technology creates great experiences, and you will be the guardian of our digital infrastructure across our network of bustling retail stores.
About the Role: As our IT Operations Officer, you will be the bridge between our central office technology strategy and the on-the-ground reality of our restaurants. You will manage the full lifecycle of our IT assets—from deployment and user training to proactive troubleshooting and system retirement. Your ability to solve complex problems under pressure and communicate clearly with non-technical store teams will directly impact our revenue and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do: You will take the lead on ensuring our Point of Sale (POS) systems, including payment terminals, order kiosks, and kitchen display systems, operate flawlessly 24/7. You will monitor and maintain our network infrastructure (SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs), manage user access (Active Directory, Microsoft 365), and implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect our data. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to exciting digital transformation projects, such as integrating cloud-based platforms and automating routine support tasks.
Who You Are: You are a proactive problem solver who thrives on the variety of a multi-site environment. You have a strong technical foundation built on experience in IT support, network administration, and a solid understanding of the unique demands of the retail or hospitality sector.
The Impact You'll Make: By ensuring our technology runs smoothly, you are directly enabling our teams to deliver exceptional hospitality to every guest. This is more than just a support role; you will be instrumental in scaling our technology to support our aggressive growth plans.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Metro Manila, with regular travel required to our various store locations. If you are an IT professional ready to make a tangible impact in a dynamic and growing hospitality group, we encourage you to apply.
