Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience in IT planning with server/network infrastructure focus
- Strong knowledge of virtualization, cloud platforms, and network protocols
- Certifications (CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA Server+) preferred
- Experience with enterprise-level infrastructure monitoring tools
- Proficiency in infrastructure documentation and diagramming tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
