Tanggung Jawab
- Define product vision and roadmap for banking software solutions aligned with strategic goals
- Conduct market research and user analysis to identify opportunities in financial technology
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications

- Coordinate with engineering, UX, and QA teams to ensure timely product delivery

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of product management experience in banking or fintech sector
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership abilities
- Knowledge of banking regulations (OJK, BI) and financial technology trends
- Experience with digital payment systems or core banking software preferred
