Tanggung Jawab
- Define and prioritize product roadmap based on business objectives and user feedback
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable user stories
- Manage product backlog and ensure alignment with development teams
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on data insights
- Communicate product vision progress to executive leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role
- Proven expertise with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with product management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development lifecycle
