Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of IT project management experience with 1+ years in leadership role
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, MS Project)
- Strong analytical skills with risk assessment experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
