Join Lawencon International as our IT Project Management Officer (PMO) and become the backbone of our technology initiatives. This pivotal role bridges technical teams and business objectives, ensuring seamless project delivery through rigorous oversight and strategic coordination. You'll drive project success by proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and maintaining robust action item tracking systems. Collaborate closely with Programmers and Project Managers to optimize schedules, facilitate productive stakeholder meetings, and implement industry-standard PMO methodologies. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate project risk mitigation strategies and issue resolution processes
- Track and maintain action item registers with clear ownership and deadlines
- Develop and monitor project schedules using industry-standard methodologies
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure actionable documentation
- Implement PMO governance frameworks for consistent project delivery
- Generate project status reports for executive leadership
- Support cross-functional team collaboration through structured communication channels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of IT project management or PMO experience
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana)
- Strong understanding of SDLC/Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional risk management and issue resolution skills
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or PMP preferred
- Advanced written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with project documentation standards (SOW, RAID logs)
