As an IT Project Manager, you will be instrumental in transforming our digital landscape, overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from implementing new Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR) upgrades, infrastructure enhancements, and digital patient engagement platforms. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards and business objectives. This involves meticulous planning, resource allocation, risk management, and fostering seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams, including clinical staff, administrative departments, and external technology partners.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and healthcare industry best practices.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and budget allocations.
- Manage project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure efficient task completion and adherence to project schedules.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing proactive strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders (clinical, administrative, technical teams) and external vendors.
- Oversee the procurement and management of IT vendors and contracts, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor project progress, prepare regular status reports, and present updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and data security standards throughout all IT project lifecycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in the healthcare or hospital sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and healthcare IT infrastructure is a significant advantage.
