Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Define project requirements, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and business analysts
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and project governance frameworks
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master)
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
