Tanggung Jawab
- Map and document user requirements for compliance (FCTM) and operational (CRU) units
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables using PM methodologies
- Generate comprehensive status reports for stakeholders and leadership
- Implement change management processes to ensure smooth adoption
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and compliance regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of IT project management experience in compliance or operational roles
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello)
- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred
- Experience mapping user requirements to technical specifications
- Proven ability to manage project risks and deliverables on deadline
