Tanggung Jawab
- Define comprehensive test plans, specifications, and test cases aligned with project requirements
- Execute manual test cases to identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools
- Perform functional, regression, and usability testing on IT applications and systems
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
- Generate detailed test reports with clear defect documentation and severity assessment
- Validate fixes and verify resolutions during regression testing phases
- Continuously improve testing processes and documentation standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manual software testing
- Proficiency in test case design methodologies and defect tracking systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and QA methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
