Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality product delivery
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and automation frameworks
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear severity metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA throughout the SDLC
- Develop and execute performance, security, and regression testing strategies
- Establish and improve QA processes, tools, and documentation standards
- Report on QA metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of QA experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in manual and automated testing (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to mentor and develop technical teams
