Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications
- Perform functional, regression, usability, and performance testing across multiple platforms
- Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools like JIRA and TestRail
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
- Implement automated testing frameworks to enhance test coverage and efficiency
- Conduct risk analysis and provide quality metrics to stakeholders
- Continuously refine QA processes and documentation for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles
- Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools (Selenium, Postman, JIRA)
- Familiarity with agile development processes and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
