- Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization of retail technology platforms

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years experience in IT architecture with retail focus
- Proven track record managing department store technology implementations
- Expertise in retail-specific systems (POS, ERP, inventory management)
- Strong leadership skills with cross-functional team management experience
- TOGAF or ITIL certification preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
