Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and optimize server hardware and operating systems
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive maintenance protocols
- Troubleshoot hardware failures, software bugs, and network connectivity issues
- Execute server security hardening and vulnerability management
- Manage virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud infrastructure
- Document system configurations and create disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with network and security teams for integrated solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- 3+ years of hands-on server administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server and Linux operating systems
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies and SAN/NAS storage
- Certifications (MCSE, Linux+, or CompTIA Server+) preferred
- Proficient in scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
