We are seeking a dynamic IT Sales Representative to join the growing team at Machine Vision. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute B2B cold outreach strategies via email and phone to generate high-quality leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they align with our ideal customer profile.
- Manage and nurture client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Schedule and attend sales meetings, including product demos and presentations.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address client inquiries and customize solutions.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system regarding client interactions and sales progress.
- Develop a deep understanding of Machine Vision products to effectively sell IT solutions.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, IT sales, or telemarketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, software, or industrial machinery is highly preferred.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
