Monotaro Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled IT Security Specialist to act as the guardian of our digital ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for protecting our e-commerce platforms, internal networks, and sensitive customer data from evolving cyber threats. We are looking for a proactive professional who can design, implement, and maintain robust security measures to ensure business continuity and data integrity.
As part of our dynamic team, you will lead efforts in threat detection, risk mitigation, and incident response. You will work closely with IT operations to ensure that our infrastructure remains secure against the latest cyber-attacks. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive IT security policies and procedures.
- Monitor network traffic and systems 24/7 to detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents and cyber threats.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, risk analyses, and penetration testing of systems and applications.
- Configure, manage, and update firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and antivirus solutions.
- Investigate security breaches, perform forensic analysis, and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure strict compliance with local data protection regulations (e.g., PDPA) and international security standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security best practices into software development and network architecture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in IT security, network administration, or information security.
- Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISA, or CompTIA Security+ are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network security architecture, encryption standards (AES, SSL), and authentication protocols.
- Proficiency in using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, LogRhythm) and security information management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment under pressure.
