- Lead end-to-end ERP solution implementation and optimization, specializing in Oracle Finance modules for banking/finance clients
- Define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
- Oversee ERP integration with banking applications while maintaining data integrity and security standards
- Provide continuous support and identify innovation opportunities for existing financial systems
- Drive stakeholder alignment between IT, finance, and business departments
- Mentor technical teams on best practices in ERP deployment and financial technology
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Finance; MBA or relevant certifications preferred
- 5+ years of experience in IT solution management with ERP implementations, particularly Oracle Finance
- Proven background in banking/finance sector with deep understanding of financial processes and regulations
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and ERP lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex financial requirements into technical solutions
- Oracle ERP certification and PMP designation highly desirable
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
