Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage and maintain IT systems including servers, workstations, and security protocols
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT operations and digital workflows
- Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations
- Assist in software deployment, updates, and version control
- Monitor system performance and proactively address technical issues
- Support digital transformation initiatives through technology integration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and network protocols
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with technical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
