Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and security systems
- Develop and implement software solutions to streamline business processes
- Oversee database administration, maintenance, and performance tuning
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees across departments
- Collaborate with teams on IT projects including system upgrades and migrations
- Document IT procedures, policies, and system configurations
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration and programming
- Proficiency in database management (SQL/NoSQL) and web technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) preferred
