Tanggung Jawab
- Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and networks

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and network protocols
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware and software issues
- Experience with cloud services and cybersecurity best practices
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) preferred
