Tanggung Jawab
- Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and network infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and security protocols to prevent downtime
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision
- Document IT procedures, system configurations, and incident reports

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and security practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
