Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the IT department's daily operations and strategic projects
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of SAP B1 and BI systems
- Manage networking infrastructure, security protocols, and system performance
- Develop IT policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency
- Coordinate cross-departmental technology initiatives and vendor relationships
- Monitor system security and implement disaster recovery plans
- Train and mentor IT staff to enhance technical capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management/supervision
- Expertise in SAP B1 implementation and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls)
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Industry certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
