Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering professional development and maintaining high performance standards
- Oversee daily IT operations, including system administration, network maintenance, and security protocols
- Coordinate technology implementations and upgrades to align with business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts for IT infrastructure
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure operational continuity
- Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and implement effective solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong expertise in network infrastructure, cloud systems, and cybersecurity protocols
- Proven project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- Certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Cisco) highly desirable
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong communication skills
