Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, protocols, and disaster recovery procedures
- Lead technical troubleshooting and resolution of system issues across the organization
- Supervise IT staff, assign tasks, and provide mentorship for professional growth
- Coordinate technology upgrades, migrations, and new system implementations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop and manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and service level agreements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expertise in network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies
- Strong project management skills with experience in system deployments
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, ITIL) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and technical leadership
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
