Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure optimal operation
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve complex technical problems
- Document IT processes, procedures, and solutions for future reference
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades
- Train end-users on new systems and provide ongoing technical guidance
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
- Proficiency in network administration and security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are highly desirable
- Experience with cloud technologies and virtualization is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
