Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble, configure, and deploy computer hardware systems including desktops, laptops, and network components
- Perform hardware upgrades, maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal system performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware failures using diagnostic tools and systematic testing
- Manage hardware inventory tracking, documentation, and lifecycle management
- Install and configure peripheral devices, printers, and network equipment
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize hardware downtime
- Provide technical support for hardware-related issues to end-users
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure hardware compatibility with software systems
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on hardware support experience
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing computer hardware components
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and network hardware
- Experience with hardware inventory management and documentation systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with systematic troubleshooting approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative IT team
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and security protocols
