Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain office networks including LAN/WAN configurations and internet connectivity
- Oversee IT asset lifecycle management including procurement, inventory, and maintenance
- Onboard new devices and systems ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware/software troubleshooting and resolution
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect company data and systems
- Document IT procedures, policies, and incident reports for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT support or network administration
- Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting and software diagnostics
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and threat prevention
- Experience with IT asset management systems and network monitoring tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) preferred
