Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across desktop, laptop, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to employees with varying technical expertise
- Manage system access permissions, security protocols, and software updates
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, procedures, and incidents
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement, repairs, and service contracts
- Implement backup solutions and disaster recovery procedures
- Train staff on new technologies and best practices for digital security
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Proficiency in Windows OS (10/11), Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with systematic problem-solving approach
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and remote support tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
