Join Erablue Electronics as an IT Support Technician (Field) and become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential on-site technical support across our retail locations in Depok and surrounding areas. Your primary responsibilities will include the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of diverse IT infrastructure such as printers, routers, CCTV systems, and hardware components. As a mobile technician, you will travel to various sites to ensure optimal system functionality, minimize operational downtime, and deliver exceptional customer service. Tanggung Jawab
- Install and configure IT hardware including printers, routers, CCTV systems, and network components
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues through systematic troubleshooting methodologies
- Perform preventive maintenance and system optimization for retail store equipment
- Document service activities, maintenance logs, and technical solutions
- Provide on-site user training and technical guidance to store staff
- Collaborate with central IT team to implement system upgrades and security protocols
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential technical risks
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or certification in IT Support, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field-based IT support or similar technical role
- Proficiency in hardware/software troubleshooting for printers, routers, and CCTV systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Depok and surrounding areas
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to work independently in mobile environments
- Excellent customer service orientation with clear communication abilities
- Knowledge of network fundamentals and basic security best practices
