Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business operations and create detailed flowcharts/process diagrams to visualize operational workflows
- Collaborate with department heads to identify system requirements and improvement opportunities
- Design and implement IT solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency
- Document system specifications, user requirements, and process documentation
- Conduct system testing and ensure seamless integration with existing technologies
- Provide technical support and training to end-users for new system implementations
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Stay updated on emerging IT trends and industry best practices in system analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as IT System Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN)
- Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies
- Experience with requirement gathering and documentation techniques
- Familiarity with ERP systems and database management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English
