Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT systems including servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement preventive maintenance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives
- Manage system security protocols, patches, and compliance requirements
- Document IT processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures
- Provide technical support and training to end-users across the organization
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance system efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT system administration or engineering
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, security frameworks, and cloud platforms
- Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix)
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure, or similar) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
