Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, maintain, and optimize Infor ERP system performance to support business continuity
- Implement system updates, patches, and security protocols to ensure data integrity
- Provide technical support and training to end-users for ERP system utilization
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with departments to configure system settings aligned with operational needs
- Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides
- Analyze system performance metrics and recommend optimization improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP system administration (Infor preferred)
- Strong knowledge of database management, network infrastructure, and security protocols
- Proficiency in troubleshooting system issues and implementing technical solutions
- Experience with system integration across multiple business functions
- Certifications in ERP administration or IT infrastructure management (e.g., Oracle, CompTIA)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to train non-technical stakeholders
