Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage end-to-end financial transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) activities.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and reconciliations in both Japanese and English.
- Communicate directly with Japanese-speaking clients to address inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and provide process updates.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance function.
- Support internal and external audit requirements by providing necessary documentation and justifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in different geographies to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assist in training new team members when needed.
Kualifikasi
- Business proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2 certification is required).
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business course.
- At least 1-3 years of solid experience in Finance, Accounting, or a Shared Services/BPO environment. Fresh graduates with exceptional language skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles (AP, AR, GL, Financial Reporting).
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is highly advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work on a hybrid setup in Commonwealth, Metro Manila, and amenable to mid-shift or night-shift schedules as required by the business.
