Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary Japanese-Indonesian interpreter for management meetings, factory floor operations, and client negotiations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets within the automotive manufacturing sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business partners and clients.
- Provide comprehensive support to the General Affairs (GA) department to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts for senior management.
- Coordinate between cross-functional departments to ensure customer requirements are met within the supply chain.
- Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and technical documentation in Japanese and Indonesian.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or N1 preferred) and English/Indonesian (verbal and written).
- Proven experience in a Sales or Business Development role, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge cultural and professional gaps.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Bekasi/Cikarang industrial area.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multicultural team.
