Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain positive relationships with existing Japanese client accounts.
- Act as the primary bridge between Japanese headquarters/clients and local operations.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute sales strategies to expand market presence.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and quotations in both Japanese and Indonesian/English.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.
- Provide professional consultation to clients regarding trading products and services.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Business, Management, or Linguistics.
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or N1 preferred).
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese and Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Trading, or Customer Service (Fresh graduates with high proficiency in Japanese are encouraged to apply).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and cultural awareness of Japanese business etiquette.
- Willingness to be based in Central Jakarta.
