As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for the repair, service, and diagnosis of customer vehicles. We ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within the agreed timeframes, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and peace of mind.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on JETOUR vehicles, including engines, transmissions, and braking systems.
- Conduct thorough vehicle diagnostics using specialized electronic equipment to identify mechanical and electrical faults accurately.
- Ensure all repair work complies with manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain vehicle conditions, required services, and estimated completion times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Manage time efficiently to meet daily targets and service appointments without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with the service advisors and parts department to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Certificate / Diploma in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic, preferably with experience in servicing Chinese auto brands (Jetour experience is highly preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of modern automotive systems, including electronic diagnostics, engine management, and air conditioning.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins.
- Valid Malaysian Driver’s License (Driving License Class B).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
